Charming decoration and cute atmosphere!
The room was freezing cold with no heating whatsoever. Even with our jackets on, we couldn't get comfortable at night. The overwhelming music blasting throughout the afternoon made it impossible to relax, as the noise seeped through the walls and interrupted our peace.

The location was convenient, with access to local attractions. The family room offered ample space. The staff were warm and cute. We particularly enjoyed the garden view.
A few amenities were lacking compared to what we expected from a higher-end hotel.

The hotel was fantastic and quiet little, and the staff were excellent, liked the marvellous location adjacent to the historic center, and a quiet area. The place had a family atmosphere. There was lots of great meals. I had an excellent stay in a long time.

Very nice hotel, free luggage storage after checkout as our journey was only at night. Good breakfast, hot water for showering. Very friendly staff.

The beautifully decorated room provided comfort, and the hotel's location facilitated easy exploration of nearby attractions. Although there was some noise from neighbors, the friendly staff made up for it. I would gladly return.

Charming colonial vibes
The staff was really nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. They had good food at the restaurant. Only bummer was that it got pretty noisy sometimes from other guests, but the location is awesome, super close to the main area.

Great beds and a private safe, multi-channel TV and a private entrance. Amazing private bathroom. Magnificent and unbeatable location with views of courtyard just off the center of San Cristobal.
